Manfred Kaiser was born in 1965 and grown up in the North of Italy. He completed his studies in Economics and Hotel Management in Germany.

After his studies, he starts working in the Hotel Industry in various positions and countries.

In 1993, Manfred moves back to Italy (Milan) where he founded the Italian subsidiary of the German Company Fidelio Software. In 1996, when Micros Systems Inc. acquires Fidelio Software, the Italian subsidiary becomes Micros-Fidelio Italia. Manfred Kaiser acts as Managing Director until 2014, when Oracle acquirers and incorporates the company into Oracle Italia.

In 2007 Manfred started the Retail business for Micros in EMEA and becomes regional Vice President Retail in 2008. He leads the acquisition of various Retail companies in Italy and Austria and the UK.

In 2012, Manfred becomes the Chief Operating Officer for Micros in EMEA, a position he holds until the acquisition of Micros by Oracle.

Immediately after the acquisition, Manfred will be nominated Vice President Sales for the Business Unit Hotels in EMEA, a position he still holding today.
